Preplanning the basics

Last night as I wrote my checkout post I remembered to plan out the basics for the next day so that Future Jesse will have an easier time in the morning.

Preplanning

Last night I did in fact plan out outfit, lunch, and rest time!

What should I wear? Black leggings, blue skirt, grey shirt.

What should I have for lunch? I don't need lunch. I'll bring potatoes for my snack time and grapes.

When should I take rest time? 1pm.

How did it turn out?

Outfit: I'm wearing a brown tshirt, blue leggings, blue skirt, and a draping decorative overshirt. For me this is pretty close and having an idea helped. It also helped that all my clothes are currently easy to find. Thumbs up to planning.

Lunch: I packed grapes and a bottled fruit/veggie smoothie. I might have benefitted from more but we are finishing at lunch, so I can go home and it. I ate the potatoes for lunch.

Rest time: Taking rest at 1pm? Well, so far nothing is scheduled at that time so I'm going to say yes!

Why do I need to do this?

It's really easy to come up with things at bedtime. It's not easy to figure them out in the morning when I'm still waking up. So I save time and avoid anxiety by doing it this way. I'm going to include this as part of my checkout post after this.
