Kitchen Cleaning Day Eludes me.

I want to set aside a day to clean the kitchen. I don't want to just wipe down counters but also under things. I want it to be a day where I shake out the toaster, wipe down the kettle, clean the garbage bin, and tidy up the cupboards. But I can't seen to get it on my schedule. Every time I try to put it on a certain day it slips off. I do the chore I used to do on that day.  For some reason kitchen cleaning day resists me. I don't know why, but it does. Right now I've put it on Monday. Does it belong on Monday? I'm not sure. Maybe cleaning the kitchen is too elusive to capture. Maybe it is deep cleaning. I'm not sure, but I haven't managed to capture it yet.
